Yeongam County connects with Noryeong Mountains and Mt. Wolchul. Centering around Cheonhwang Peck, its Southeast area is surrounded with Mt. Wolchul. Its Southwest area is a field area around Yeongsan River and Yeongsan Reservoir. In addition, several streams and rivers rise among Mt. Wolchul and hills.
There is large field around river. Daebul industrial complex and Samho local industrial Complex are located in Samho-eup, West area of Yeongam County.
